Complete the Student Inquiry Form below or call 817-641-2857 to start the process of scheduling a personalized Tour.

Once the Tour has been completed, if you are interested in enrolling, a link to complete the rest of the Application Process will be emailed to you.  This online application will include informational forms, medical forms, and our statement of faith.

Please note there is a non-refundable $22 application fee upon completion and the application will not be submitted until the fee has been processed.

Acceptance Policy:  CCA admits students regardless of race, color, or national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.  Enrollment decisions are typically made within 5 business days of receiving the documentation.

Once your student has been accepted, an additional email will be sent with a link to complete the Online Enrollment Process.  Please note that this will require a one-time annual Book/Registration fee and your child is not considered enrolled until the fee is paid.
